The SDMS Foundation is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Washington. It is recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service is an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a public charity. The SDMS Foundation is registered with the Texas Secretary of State as a "foreign" corporation.
