All online orders must be paid by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA).
SDMS Refund Policy
MEMBERSHIP DUES
Membership dues are non-refundable except in the event of overpayment. A member can choose to have an overpayment applied to future membership renewals or toward the purchase of SDMS products.
TANGIBLE PRODUCTS
The Society provides quality products and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all its tangible products (except computer products which may be returned for exchange only). Products and all components of the product (i.e. CME tests) must be returned in original, unused condition. For example, clothing must not have been worn or washed. Processing fees for CME products (i.e. JDMS CME, videos, etc.) and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Learning activities purchased in the SDMS Learning Center by non-members and Retired members are non-refundable except in the event of overpayment.
SDMS INSURANCE PROGRAMS
Payments for any of the SDMS insurance programs are non-refundable except as provided by your policy. Please refer to your policy for further information.
CME APPLICATIONS
Processing fees for applications for SDMS continuing medical education (CME) credit are non-refundable except in the event of overpayment.
SPONSORSHIPS AND DONATIONS
Sponsorships and donations to the SDMS or the SDMS Foundation are non-refundable.

International Shipments
CUSTOMS
It is likely that your packages will be subject to custom fees and import duties of the country to which they are shipped. You are responsible for those additional charges. SDMS has no control over these charges nor can it predict what they will be. SDMS does not control the length of time it takes to clear customs. For additional information, contact your local customs office. When you order from SDMS, you are considered the importer of record, and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
