The Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS) is a professional membership organization founded in 1970 to promote, advance, and educate its members and the medical community in the science of diagnostic medical sonography. The SDMS, with over 28,000 members, is the largest association of sonographers and sonography students in the world.

Also, registration will open on June 30 for the 2017 SDMS Annual Conference, October 12 – 15 in Dallas, Texas. The 2017 SDMS Annual Conference is the premier conference for the diagnostic medical sonography community, and is a great way to earn CME credits while networking with your colleagues and learning about the latest technology.
