The SDMS has reserved a special room rate of $189 for a single or double occupancy, plus tax, per night for exhibitors/conference attendees.
Note: To take advantage of this special rate, your reservations must be made by September 4, 2010. Any requests received after this date will be handled on a space/rate available basis. To receive the special room rate, you must identify yourself as a SDMS Annual Conference exhibitor or attendee.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. When you book your room, one night’s deposit will be charged to your card.
The Hyatt Regency requires cancellation at least 48 hours prior to check-in time to avoid cancellation penalties.
You are responsible for securing your hotel reservations. Our room block of hotel rooms sold out last year, so make your reservations early!
Transportation Information
Denver International Airport (DEN) is served by all major airlines including AeroMexico, Air Canada, AirTran Airways, Alaska Airlines, American, British Airways, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Great Lakes, Jet Blue, Lufthansa, Mexicana, Midwest, Northwest, Southwest, United, and US Airways.
Super Shuttle cost is $21 per person each way from Denver International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.
Taxi fare is approximately $55 (one way) from Denver International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.
Parking at the Colorado Convention Center is $12.00 for up to 8 hours, $15.00 for up to 12 hours, $17.00 for up to 18 hours, and $25.00 for up to 24 hours. SDMS does not validate parking.
Parking at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center is $8 for the first hour and $2.00 per additional hour for self-parking and $27 for valet parking.
