The Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS) is the largest professional association in the world representing sonographers. Our members practice in every specialty area — abdomen, breast, obstetrics/gynecology, vascular, fetal, pediatric and adult cardiac, neurosonography, veterinary, and urology — and in every type of practice setting.

2008 SDMS Annual Conference Stats

Exhibit Booth Assignment

  • Exhibit booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Assignments will be based on availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate first choices; priority will be given to the SDMS Corporate/Business/Institutional (CBI) members, sponsors and previous exhibitors. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. All applications and payment in full must be received by July 31, 2009.
  • Notification of booth assignments will be communicated as applications are processed.

Exhibit Benefits (per 10 x 10 booth)

  • One complimentary Annual Conference registration (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). (Note: CBI member exhibitors receive one additional complimentary Annual Conference registration). Complimentary registrations are transferable to another employee, customer, etc. Complimentary registrations require submission of a special registration form by September 4, 2009. On-site complimentary registrations will not be granted.
  • Access to the Thursday Evening Exhibit Hall Opening Reception. Educational Sessions will not be conducted during the Grand Opening Reception.
  • Two (2) complimentary tickets per exhibiting company to the Friday Evening Awards Dinner and Tennessee Two Step. To receive the complimentary tickets, you must RSVP by September 4.
  • Free on-site Exhibit Hall badges for exhibitors only.
  • Free chair massage services available in the Massage Lounge.

$200 Exhibit Hall “Prospect” Card Spot*

Purchase a spot on the SDMS Exhibit Hall “Prospect Card.” Conference attendees will be “prospecting” their way to each booth on the card to collect a stamp. Once all stamps are attained the attendee can enter his/her card in a drawing for the Grand Prize. This year’s grand prize is an exotic getaway for two people. The grand prize includes airfare, hotel and transfers. The drawing for the grand prize will be held at the final networking break on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 3:30 pm in the Exhibit Hall. SDMS will provide two self-inking stamps per 10’ x 10’ booth for each participating exhibitor.

$2,000 Tote Bag Insert*

Attendees receive a tote bag to carry conference materials and exhibitor information. Your company insert will be distributed to all attendees in the tote bags. Your company is responsible for providing the insert for each tote bag.

$2,000 Room Drop*

Arrange to have your promotional materials delivered in the morning to Annual Conference attendees who are staying at the Gaylord Opryland. Your material will be the first thing they see!
