Membership Mailing List Guidelines

The Society’s membership mailing list is available to promote sonography-related products or services. The list is available in computer file format for a single-use only. SDMS reserves the right to reject any order. This policy is intended to ensure that advertising and information sent to our members does not conflict with the SDMS goals or objectives.

Procedure

To receive a list quote and count, please fill out the form below and send it with a copy of your mailing piece. Your mailing piece should not use the words "tech" or "technician" when referring to a Registered Sonographer.
The SDMS does not release member email addresses nor telephone numbers.
A quote is valid for 30 days.
Once you receive the quote, and you wish to proceed, please send the following via fax or mail: Prepayment (Check/money order drawn on US bank or Amex/Discover/Mastercard/Visa) and the signed Agreement.
Once payment and signed Agreement are received, the list will be processed within 5 business days.
